OK so ive seen a lot of people having the same problem I was having : unregistered version on image and title of the website (when i have full version).

so :

1st i looked alot at the ctrl+preview I tryed this 4 times and didnt work once.

2nd i reinstalled it like 5 times.. deleteing all the data from my pc (apart from my backup of the site)

NOW: With number 2 I had the problems and found out what was going wrong.

in the email what is sent to you with your key in it and the "download" in it they give you a older version of websiteX5 evo9 and I was installing that and updating it via the 'check for updates' section.. and there lies the problem. 

I had to go to the website and download the latest version straight from the website so i didnt need to update via the program.

and after uninstalling / deleteing files / restarting / then installing the newest version downloaded from the site (under your profile) NOT the version given in the email. / start / activate  / then load project or backup / upload site fully (not just changes) and using that it seemed to of worked...

PS. also I saw in the uninstall thing under windows controle pannel that it still said it was running on the older version after the update.
