Unable to Upload to Server

Hello. I am having problems updating my website. I want to transfer the site files to another computer and upload from there. I have transferred all relevant files through disk export. However when I try to upload to the internet, I get through all the relevant pages, all settings appear correct, all passwords are checked and it goes to 'Upload in Progress' but no files upload. I tried exporting the blog though, nothing has changed, and it works fine. I cannot upload the actual website files. I'm still stuck here at 0% with a very large website that will not upload. I have tried uploading only modified files and also exporting all files but neither will take.
Any suggestions for a frustrated teacher?

Hi Sean,
can you try with an external FTP program as Filezilla, so you can export manually in your server. Chack the antivirus and firewall on your pc are disable correctly and start the program "as ad administrator".

The thing is it works with my laptop fine. However it will not upload from the new computer from which we want to upload the website in the future. I have tried reinstalling the program and redownloading the program files. No luck. I can upload from my laptop in the school but not from the school computer so it is not a network issue. The firewall also is set to allow access too.

probabyl is a problem of the pc, try to use Filezilla and let me know. Check the administration permission.
Turn off anti virus also :-)
