Why can't I see my video on my Mac when its uploaded? Error message"The operation couldn't be completed. the file is not a movie file (-2048)
When using Website x5 in Page Creation >Sitemap tab I can't delete or change anything under 'image preview of video. Why is this happening?

This is an Quicktime error message and usually it means that or the file is corrupted or in your computer is missing the codec to open the file.
Please try to install the necessary video codecs and try it again.
Please let me know if it works.
