Cant change anything on site

get another problem now.Have uploaded site but couldnt gate order mail.Have read another answers under support and find out i shouldt have linux supported server for PHP.Than i have order it and change.Now mail is working but i cant change anything on site.

Hello Murat,
do you mean you cannot change anything on your new hosting provider? Maybe your FTP parameters on your project are still related with the old hosting provider?
You can also try to delete all files from your new hosting provider and upload the whole site again with the new parameters.
In any case be sure to save your project with the new FTP parameters, so you don't risk to use again the old ones.

Hello Murat,
you need to contact your hosting provider for the new FTP parameters (faq about FTP http://answers.websitex5.com/post/27620 ), but I'm assuming your hosting provider changed your FTP parameters since you have now a new web space.
I suggest you to contact your hosting provider and ask them for your new FTP parameters and tell them your issue with your site, I guess your are still uploading your site on the old web space.
If you can connect to your new web space in step 5 of WebSite X5, you can delete all the files directly from inside the software, you just need to select all the files and delete them. Done that you need to export all the site again.
