Move Menu Type Vertical On Left To Top Of Column

I am using Version 9. The menu type is vertical on the left. The menu is centered vertically in the column (equidistant from top and bottom). Is it possible to get the main menu to start at the top of the column?

Are you building your template in the custom template section or are you using a template from the gallery?

Thank you very much for giving me your website url, the question is now very clear. The answer depends on a couple of things:

if yor header ends under the blue line you can not send upwards your menu;
if it doesn't, you can adjust your menu in Step 1 - Page section 'Menu' - Inner Margin -adjust the ''top''.. If you change it into zero it will send the menu up until the end of your header.
