Unregistered Version

I purchased Website x5 Evolution9. "Unregistered version" is showing up on my website.
Can someone please advise me on how to correct this problem!

Hello Raymond,
If you previously installed the demo unistall the demo and the full program and then check that in the program files folder on windows there is no WebSite X5 folder. Delete also the Incomedia folder under C:/Users/your windows username/AppData/Local
Once you finished install the program again and follow the unlock procedure.
