i want to add a shopping cart to my site, i needed to know, 1ce a customer selects a product in the list, i needed 2 fetch more details regarding the product and then add it to the cart, is there a possible way? (e.g needed 2 fetch imei no. of customers phone once the customer selects at&t in cart.)

At the moment it is not possible to have this feature in WebSite X5. I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.
If you find a custom code to get this feature, this code can be added in WebSite X5 with the HTML and Widget object. In this way, if you find scripts that suits your needs, you can easily used them with our product. Also, if we cannot give support to custom code, I can explain you how to add them in WebSite X5.
