Problem With Email Link

I have recently posted a website and the client says that her contact us email is not coming through to her. She has a hotmail account & the enquiries a being deemed as suspicious and not let through. I don't know how to fix this. Ant ideas please. Thanks Toni

. . . use a domain mail account which ist hosted on the server and check that PHP5 is running . . .

Your previous versions had option of email address & other copyright info displayed on the bottom of the front page when entered into the general info page. Why has the option been taken off??

please find this option in step 3 ->"E-Mail-Form Object" -> "Field Type" and select "Agreement Conditions".
