Upgrade from Compact9 to Evolution9

In june 2012 I have bougt a version of Website X5-Compact9 by Cleverbridge in Köln and I obtained a legal licence key to register it with my mail adress. Today i have bought the upgrade version to Evolution 9 by a firm in Holland (Invender). But now I cannot register this version with the new licence key. The program refuse to register and gives an error code 302 "The licence key is related to an other e-mail adress". Does anyone here know a solution for this please ? (***)

To register your new produkt with an update you need to use your e/mail adress wich was used with the previous (compact9) version.

The registration is the same for compact or v8.

Thankx for your answer, but is there a possibility to verify that mail adress in de Compact 9 version ?
I don't know, if it's not known to you or you can't look it up, you need to contact Incomedia for this. They can correct to another e-mail adress.
