I have bought website x5 suite but my web hosting facility is not working. What can i do..The voucher does not work on one.com..A prompt consideration will be highly appreciated

sorry for late reply, but if you look in to my account i purchased incomedia full version before and i got hosting features and passwords too. Then after couple of months while i was looking for a nice template i got a promotion email form incomedia to purchase a bundle which included the website x5 too. I was asking only the hosting features i already have but its not working. Any idea why.....
