When I purchase WebSite X5 Evolution 9, I will get the latest version of software. So, what about updates? I'll get them for free, or 1 year for free and then I should purchase a subscription or some kind of "TECS"?

Update are free within the same version (v9) as long as version 9 lasts. After a version 10 ( and i have no idea if this is tomorrwo or over 2 years) is released V9 will no longer be updated. You will gat an offer for upgrade to V10 or keep using version 9 like it his for as lobg as you wish. (i have still a working v7 end V8).

Okay. And there is no any "upgrade to v10" with discount? I must purchase it by the same price as v9?
V10 is not yet available it was just an example it could take a wile i don't know but i personally think not this year maybe 2014 ? Ask IncoM.

As far as I know there has always been a discount. Like there is now if you have version 8 and want to get V9.....
V9 = 69.95
If you own V8 it's 49.95 and version 8 keeps on working....
