Hi, I am updating my computer to a new computer. Can I change my evolution programme and evolution project to this new computer?

Yes you can.
Use the same email and your license install on second (new) pc.
If you have not many projects:
export your project in page 5 and import them in new pc.
If you have many projects, copy the folder from your old one that is in your preferences (page 0 where you start up)
To the folder that one on your new pc (page 0 where you start up)
