Importing from an earlier version of Website X5

How do I import from an older version of website X5? When I try to open my file with V9 of the software it tells me I can open my file. I don't want to create from website from the begining as the format and layout of my website is fine.

Thanks for suggestions but I am trying to import from Version 7.
They have not written this.
The project file must be converted first into the version 8, then in 9.
