Window is off screen

simplest but worst problem..... just getting started and cannot shift the template window over to the left. It is 2/3 showing but the right 1/3 is "off screen" with no way of pushing it over.... Help!
I am talking step 1...... at the Start button... that separate window is only 2/3 usable!

The minimum resolution has to be 1024x768.
What's your resolution? If it's lower you need to set it higher or use another PC.
