Connection and registration problem

I have x5 evolution 9 . When program starts i can,t see welcome page and when i click '' check for updates '' i get a message ''It was not possible to connect to Internet or to the Incomedia Server. This could be a temporary problem : we suggest you to try again later'' Additionaly my photos on projects , are black and white with label '' Unregistered version''

I have website x5 smart 9 on same computer without any kind of problem

Upload server could be down, try again later.
I have marked that for Incomedia, unfortunately are high days.
However you can work on the homepage and upload for test.

This problem happens last 5 days .
I downloaded last version from my profile on this page
but my pictures on my work have a label ''Unregisterd version''
as ai mentioned above .

Isn't it strange ?
Attempt:
Uninstall X5, then delete the folder:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Incomedia !!!
%PROGRAM FILES%\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution
Install new and register.
