Non functional program

My program is a non functional one due to the far right 1/3 not able to be seen! There is no way to scroll over , drag over , or enlarge! HELP!

was set at 150% reduced down to 125% now works OK..... Just wish it would of worked with the LARGER setting! much easier to read before
