Why can not determine colors, appearance, etc.. the scroll's the bars. It was possible in version 8, I miss it in version 9 Comes in 9 again? 
Can somebody helps me? Soon

No, I'm sorry. We removed this possibility because it only works on Internet Explorer. In version 9 we would like to set only features that works in all browser.
