I think this is the home folder on the webserver. I see this sometimes also. Mayby Inco has changed the way they compile the new site pages.

I usally clean up the host folder from time to time (once a year), also to remove older links that have been removed from project but are kept on the server when uploading the new project.

No, no bad server but i change sometimes code and then you need to use a seperate ftp programm.... This gives thes kind of folders.
