I have a problem with the update program. I bought a license Website X5 Evolution v9, and download a program from the link, version 9.0.6.1775. Trying to do the update, but we have steadily raised error?? The attached document prt sc.

How to perform a program update? Please help my!!

Please check if your antivirus/firewall is blocking WebSite X5 from connecting to our server. you can also choose to deactivate them temporarly. Another option is to go in "Downloads" on your answers.websitex5.com Profile and download the program. This one contains already all the latestes updates.

Consideringthat I could notdothe programupdate, I didthe another option.Downloadthe programfrom myacountand installed.

Now I haveanother problem.Constantlytelling methat the programunregistratedversion, though I havea license. Please help my, I do not knowwhatmore......??

try a change in your dns to 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220

I succeeded. Finally the program is working. I have done Uninstal again and wiped all using RegCleaner. After that, I re-installed and activated the program and now it is ok
