Hello Claudio, my clinet purchased V9 based on my recommendation, but the get the following error. when installing, (see attached picture).
They have installed .NET framework, but the problem remains.
The client is Superbike Magazine in South Africa, and yo can contact the client on the following email adress.

Hello Gerrit,
Your client needs to uninstall the .NET Framework 3.5 and then use this Cleanup tool:

Once the cleanup tool has finished he has to install the .NET Framework 3.5 again by downloading it from following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=25150
After he reinstalled it he can install WebSite X5 again.
