Website x5 Evo 9 takes long to open

I double click on the icon to open website x5 evolution 9 and it takes sometimes like 1 minute or 3 to open every other program opens up in less than 5 seconds (I have a SSD hard drive). I tried running as administrator and nothing makes it open up quicker...

Have you tried to uninstall the program and then install it as administrator again?
