Hello Guys I have the following worries for now; 1) Must one always be online when using x5 2) My Photo galleries images have been marked as unregistered. I don't know what to do about it and my site is due upload soon. I bought a copy of X5 it is not up to a month ago. Please help me. I am based in Cameroon.

I was not asked to enter my product key during installation i hope that is not the source of the problem. However i entered the product against my name online in order to be eligible for updates i thought that will do it for me.

No it's not necessary to be always online. The connection is only needed to upload the project.
I would reccomend you to uninstall all versions of WebSite X5 installed in your computer and then delete the WebSite X5 folders in Program Files and the incomedia folder in C:/Users/YourUsername/AppData/Local and once done then you can download the installer from your answers.websitex5.com profile under "Downloads" and then install it again.
This time it should ask you for the product key during installation.
