My slide Show(Photo Gallery) images have been flagged as unregistered how can i resolve this problem.i have a copy of X5 version 9 with a key i bought not up to a month

Please Claudio D or anyone else on the X5 team verify the authencity of my program and tell me what is wrong with my copy of X5. I am really having a project (That is due in a week) to do but i am discouraged because of the reason above.I am just confused. what does it takes to get registered apart from buying like idid?please help me or should i call to get this problem resolved. I even need updates but i can't go for them with my registration nulified.
You may need to know that during installation i was not asked the key and neither have i shared my product with somebody so i am really confused. if there is a better person for me to contact let me know.

Claudio thanks a lot. I am sorry i was not keen while reading the first reponse you wrote.i wil give this a shot and get back to you with good or bad news. I have exported the project i was working on to a disk so that i i can put it on a different machine and then see if i can used its content.
