Mobile site creation

Hi.. I want to make a mobile version of my site. www.247discos.co.uk Where do I start? What's the easiest way? Template size? Scripting to direct? where to upload site etc? Any help would greatly be received. Many thanks.

Why do you want this? Most code is setup for mobile's. items that are not shown correctly will also not be in a seperate site. Unless you chance code but then you could do this for the site you have as well.
The banner does not show op on portable. You can make a single picture in the banner and set it in the background.
On mobiles you will see the picture: on pc's the slideshow.
