How does websitex5 handles multi languages? Do we have to recreate all the pages again and again for each language?

Hello,
You have two options :
- or you can copy and paste one project to have a copy and translate it manually
- or you only insert a translation widget included with the software and Google will do what is needed to be done
Hope this can help

Dear Samuel,
Thank you for your reply!
Is it possible you can let me know how to insert the translation widget? Or let me know where to read about how to do this?
Thank you again so much for your assistance.
Hello Constatinos,
You can find the code for the google translate in the "HTML&Widget Object" in step 3 by selecting it from the widget list on the right. See the image in attachment.
Please feel free to write back if you need more information.

I am really sorry to bring this again, but can you tell me whether the google translate widget needs to be inserted in all pages??? Isn't there a way to insert in in the header so that It covers all pages?
Thanks!
Hello Constantinos,
Yes, you can insert the code inside your header easily. You just need to copy / paste the HTML code of the widget.
To ease your work, I attached a ZIP file. Inside it you will find a text file with the needed code included.
Just insert a HTML block inside your header (any size) and paste the code which is in the text file I send you.
Hope this can help

Dear Samuel,
I would like to thank you so much for all your effort to assist us. We managed to setup the google translator and sure enough I can now translate my website.
I still have a major issue which I could not figure out. If you have sometime please go to www.integralonlinebackup.com and at the top right choose a language other than English and check our what happens at the bottom of the webpage!
Thank you for all your assistance
Hello Constantinos,
I took a look at the code but I am sorry we won't be able to do better. The reason why the bottom of the page appears broken is because depending on the language, the text lines are greater than the English ones.
Your website template includes this nice square that needs to be computed page by page when publishing. So, when Google translates the page and increases the number of lines it brokes the design.
For example, the page http://www.integralonlinebackup.com/resellers.html won't be broken because there is on the page only one text block and it has enough space even if the number of lines changes.
I am really sorry to say that you have tree options only :
- or try to adapt your block positionning page per page letting enough space between the bottom of the text blocks and the other blocks
- or create the 6 versions of the web site (solution we previously tried to avoid)
- or let your web site like this : people see that the translation is provided by Google and could accept a small design broke as your English content (and design) is absolutely perfectly positionned.
