Accessing Existing Website Rather Than Setting Up New One

I have taken over as administrator of our website as our usual administrator is off on leave. I have downloaded websiteX5 , but don't know how to access the website that is already set up. I have all necessary passwords etc- just don't know how to get to our own website. What should I do?

. . . without the *.iwp - .iwzip* will not be possible - you have to start as new project (or ask old admin for the missing files)
