I Cannot activate my copy of WebsiteX5. It seems to be caught in a loop when activating the licence.

It is appalling that I spent £100 on this programme and I have spent all day trying to install it and its not working yet. I have a fresh windows 8 installation on my PC. Things like this should just work right away.

I have installed .Net framework 3.5. Removed the installation of Website X5, re-installed it, then tried to activate it again and it is still stuck in the loop attempting to contact the server.

Could someone please let me know how I go about getting a refund on this purchase. I dont have time for all this nonsense.

I eventually got this to work by installing on another computer first, activiating it on that one, then reinstalling on original and activation worked on that one too!! Dont undertand how, but it did. My thanks to Der Zwoetmi for trying to assist me.
