Paypal Buttons Always Left Justified In Google Chrome

When I add a PayPal button, so that people can order something, the button is now left justified, even if I had previously set it to be centred. The strange thing is that it is fine in the v9 Preview (and my original v8 project), but when I publish the page online, the button now becomes left justified. Upon further investigation, it appears properly when viewed with Internet Explorer, but left justified when viewed with Google Chrome.
Additionally, any text written after the html form code is very small and left justified as well in Google Chrome.

This worked fine in Google Chrome before.

Hi Peter,
First of all, was you Evo 8 up to date before exporting your project? What version did you have?
I suggest you use a different object for each thing in order to fix your problem, not only the table object: Use the image object to add the button and the text object to add the text on the bottom. Please try and let me know if you solve the matter!
Thank you!

I was using version 8.0.16 which is the latest version.
I am currently using 9.05.1757 which is also the latest version.
The problem still exists in the current version which is easy to demonstrate.
I have created a project that demonstrates the problem (see attached).
I tried to attach a small zip file (less that 1024KB) to this report, but your system refuses it with: "The filetype you are attempting to upload is not allowed."
I have therefore placed the file online for you to download:
