"Error during folder creation."

Every time I try to either test a site or upload a site to my server, I get the following message: /the address of the Website X5 temp folder on my computer/ (the folder is there) and "Error during folder creation." All I can do is save the site to disc and upload it with an FTP program, having no idea what the site actually looks like. I have uninstalled Evolution X5 8 several times, clearing cache, junk files and cleaning the registry after each uninstall, with no luck. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, and I apologize if the problem has already been addressed. I didn't have any luck when going a search for the topic.

I should probably add that I am running Windows 8 on a Lenovo Z580 laptop. Also, X5 worked fine for several weeks on this computer before this problem presented itself. Thanks again, Albert C.
Hello Albert,
Try to uninstall the program and then when you install it again right click on the installer and choose to "run as administrator" and once installed click on the icon on the desktop and then choose again to "run as administrator". In this way the program will have the privileges to open files, create folders etc.

Thank you very, very much. Really hated having to use a secondary FTP program and not being sure exactly what I might be uploading. Excellent!!!
