Starting Websitex5 After Activation

I recently purchased websitex5, and installed onto a Windows 7 machine. However, each time I try to start the application since I've installed it, it goes through the registration process. At the end of the process, I see a screen which says 'Activation Completed. Click on the Start button to start working with Incomedia Websitex5'. However, each time I do this, or try to start the application, it repeats this process, and I have to go through the registration process over and over, and I am unable to start the application. Any ideas?
