I have a website that was upgraded from v8 to v9. When I view the site in preview, it looks fine but when I upload it to live, it appears different in a number of ways, mostly around text alignment but also picture sizes. Please tell us why the preview and live do not look the same

Hello,
This is a odd problem I never seen. Could you please provide one screenshot of your preview page and another with the live page so we could check what the trouble is ? Thanks
After update did you clear your browser history by using CTRL-F5 key?

Andre - yes, the browser history was cleared.
Samuel - please see attached sceenshots. Screenshot 1 is from the preview, Screenshot 2 is from the live site. The live site is zoomed to 125%, which seems to be where the problem lies. The pictures on the right are images whereas the one across the top is a gallery of 3 different images. When the live screen is zoomed out, the images expand OK but the gallery remains the same size.
Onthe text issue, Screenshot 3 shows the text from the preview while Screenshot 4 is from live. This is not a zoom issue because the text is aligned exactly the same way in live, no matter what zoom level is used. But the text wrapping is very different from the preview. This makes alignment very difficult as it is impossible to see what the text will look like until it is made live! Then we have to make corrections and re-load to live to see the effect.
Mike,
The preview has exactly the same code as the internet page.
I think this is a browser interpretation difference.
You can test this by opening the preview from your hard drive with the same browser as you use for internet. X5 uses IE, you probably use another one for browsing the net. This will save you the trouble of uploading correcting and check and so on.....
If you can't find the preview code you can also save your project to any place on your pc in page 5. Check your work with multiple browsers off-line, some attend to view and show code different than other browsers.
I test my project's that have complexer codes and pages usually with the 3 browsers that ar most commonly used and i make than corrections if necessary.
(IE, firefox and chrome, sometimes opera as well)
I usually keep it at 3 because else you will never get a page up and running.
Hope this helps !

Sorry, that doesn't really help. I am using only Internet Explorer for preview and live, so the issue is nothing to do with the browser being used.
As I explained above, when the displayed page is zoomed - which is something a lot of people are likely to do - the static pictures ("images") are also enlarged along with the text and everything else except the image which changes ("gallery") remains the same size. This means that it is now out of it's intended position relative to the rest of the screen.
Is there a difference between how X5 displays galleries and images?
Also, the text is aligned one way in preview and in a different way in live. The alignment and text wrapping in live is the same whatever zoom setting is used, so that is not the issue. You can see from the images I sent that there is a difference in the way text is wrapped and the alignment issues this causes.
Please can you suggest another alternative solution?
Mike
Hello Mike,
When you use the zoom function on the browser all gets zoomed and it is not changing like in the screenshots you sent. You are using the flash gallery and an old version of WebSite X5 Evolution 9. Please update to the latest Version and try to use an HTML5 gallery, which is available only if you udpate, and then test it again.
Please let me know if with the updated Version if works.

How did I end up with an old version? I paid to download the update from Version 8 to Version 9 only 2 weeks ago. How do I get the latest latest version?

Apologies - I now have the update and have used the HTML5 Gallery which has solved the problem of expanding the image when the page is zoomed. So thank you very much for that!
But I still have an issue that the text wrapping in preview is different from live.
Did you change the font size in Windows?
