I bought a computer with Incomedia Website X5 Evolution 9 and I decided to build my website; however, after a whil working on my site I found out that the software is a non-registered version that the person who sold it to me had installed in the computer. I want to buy the original version but don't see a place where to insert a liscence or anything of the kind, if I buy the software will it automatically update?

Hello Alex,
When you buy the full version you will need to uninstall the program and then install it again by downloading the installer from the link you receive after the purchase. All porjects started will not be deleted and after installing the purchased version you can continue to work on your projects.

FOLOW-UP: just ran into a (what it seems to me) HUGE problem :( I just bought the software, uninstalled the nonregistered one that came with my computer and installed the purchased one as you instructoed; however, when I tried to open the work I had done it gives me the following error:
"The specified project cannot be opened because it was created with a later version of Website X5 (9.1.4.1939)"
I need to upload my site, what can I do? I was also working on my wife's site and it gives me the following error:
"An error occured while loading the Project. [There is an error in XML document (9555, 35)]."
Please help ASAP, thank you.
