When I create a document in Word with hyperlinks, I right click to get a hyperlink dialog box. At the bottom is the link and at the top is the word(s) that will be seen in the document as a link. Is there a way to copy a Word document and not lose the links?

I am the web person for a local, weekly. We often use ProPublica stories and many of them have numberous hyperlinks. SIGH! I suppose the easiest way to deal with them is number (in parenthesis) each citation in the article and then do endnotes. It will be easier to make the hyperlinks. Can we say 20 or more citations in some articles?

OOPS! numerous...
Hello Kitty,
You can choose to create the links to the citations with the program by selecting the text and then adding the link option or if you have the html source code containing the links you can use the HTML&Widget Object to add the html code with all links inside.
If you require any further information, please feel free to write back.
