How to create a blog in Website X5 Compact 9

How do I create a blog using Website X5 Compact 9? I think of a blog as being more than just a page of text? I think of a blog as a place where I can type articles and readers can post comments. I am not sure how to set up an area where people can comment. Any help would be most appreciated.

I just read a few other posts and then found where to "create" a blog in the software. Someone said it was at Step 2, but in my version it was at Step 4. What I am unsure of is how to actually put the blog on a particular page in my website and/or how to link to it. After setting up a mock blog it previews fine, but it has no link on the navigation bar and therefore, once I leave it I cannot get back to it. Anyone starting from the home page would never know it existed.
