I receive an error trying to import products in csv file. I read over 50 times your tutorial and i made over 100 tryies to manage to import my product list to another project, but i always get the same error. Invalid Header!!! I am using the last updated version o website 9...
I made it the file in UTF-8 (just in case...) and i tryied 10 diferent ways to create a csv file. I am going crazy !!! Any help please? I am desperate...

What's up guys? Did you stopped support on the software? After 15 hours and still no answer from the support team??? Should we worry?

The file 2ninos_products.csv is working an can be imported but the other files has been modified too much with an external program and some parts has been deleted. This is why it cannot be imported. Do you still have the original file?

Yes i have the original file, but i need to work on it before i upload it again into the shopping cart. For example i need to translate it. Do you mean that if i modify it i can't import in on the websiteX5 aplication?

Let me give you an idea of what i want to do. I created a website in English language. An e-shop. Now i want to export all the products and translate them in 2 other laguages (German and Russian), and then import them again in 2 new projects. But i receive the error i showed you before. That means that if i modify the csv files, then i can not use them again. Which means that i have to rewright again all 200 products two times in two different laguages...!!! That is a lot of work for me... The reason that i created this website with websiteX5 was that i didn't have to to this much work. Now i find out that the software is not working properly... Or am i making a mistake? This is why i am asking help from you experts...Did i understand correctly or am i missing something in the proccess?

Hello Petros,
The file can be modified but it has to have the same structure. You have not to delete fields form the original file also if you don't need them. When you save it you need to save it in the same format with as separator the semicolo (;) and in UTF-8 encoding.

All these details you say i allready checked them, but i still get the error "Invalid Header (Line 16) or (Line 1).
The thing is that i can't find any problem on the above lines of the csv file...
I am really very confused. I also did something else. I exported a csv file, and i tried to imported again without modyfing it, after a few minutes in a new project, and i get the above errors.
The csv file is saved in UTF-8. If you want, i can upload it here to see for your self my problem...

Please check if the description is available in every file and that you didn't use the semicolon (;) in the description or the name of the product and if it should not work upload the file so I can check it.
