Actually the offer for upgrade to v10 is the same both for customers and beta testers. 

About the CMS I know that there were many discussions about that here on Answers, and some user also selft implemented some system to intagrate this option in WSX5. Actually it is not present yet, and you have to use one of some already existing solution (even free) via the HTML Object.

The upgrade cost is 49.99 included VAT, you can direcly find the buy link on the special page we added on your Profile "Offers for you"

Hello X5 Croatia, I'm sorry you are disappointed. We received many requests for beta testing and we were not able to activate all the users. 

Beta testing is normally used by companies for test pourpose only and we always alerts our user about how it works. If you want you can send me the page where we said about the free copy to all the beta testers, so I can better understand and clarify it.
