I am finding a problem sometimes when I attempt to reduce a text cell size (i.e. allowing the text to "fit the cell".

For example, I may choose a photograph in the adjacent cell and, because I find that the text in the text cell may overrun the lenth of the adjacent photograph, I delete the excess text and add it to another cell, so that the two cells are tidily equal.

In version 8, all I had to do was to take away the excess text, click after the remaining text and press delete a few times and the "fit to cell" a couple of times and both the text cell and photographic cell became level at their bottoms.

However, In version 9, despite doing this, a big space remains at the bottom of the text cell, after taking away the excess text, but the cell itself has NOT shifted up to match the adjacent cell.

It looks clumsy.

Is this a "bug" ?
