Can't upgrade at home

why I did not manage to Website X5 Evolution 9 free upgrade. Now it is March 14th and I must pay. Find this not fair. I had problems with the internet provider and could not upgrade to 10. How can I upgrade to 10 without still having to pay.

I bought this program on 15 December 2012 and is already a newer version. I am too late for the upgrade, which is not good.

the upgrade to the new Version 10 of the program can be purchased but if you want you can continue to use the Version 9 which has no time limits and can be used as long as you want.

I bought this program, and there is very soon a newer version. I was just too late for that upgrade, but do think I'm right there on. I have the program just under three months in the house .. I think this is slightly acidic.
