it works in this way:

• if you buy v10 as upgrade, then you will have to convert all your projects to v10 and stop using v9. 
• if you plan to use v9 in the future together with v10, then you need a new license of v10. In this way is like having 2 separated software (licenses).

Is offer on this site ("offer for you") upgrade or just discount? (49,90€) I am ask, because i have 1 pc and 2 laptop. On one laptop I want to use old ver.9 and on one laptop and PC i want to use ver. 10. Is that possible?

If you want to do that, and so  continue using v9 together with v10, you need a full license of v10. If you plan to convert all your v9 projects to v10, then you can just buy the upgrade and uninstall v9 as soon as you complete the projects conversion. Hope this is clear, let me know.

I will not convert. Just use v9 on one laptop and v10 on two others (PC an laptop).

v9 and v10 will never be in the same laptop or PC. You do not answer what is "offer for you" 

49,90€ is not 50%  of full price.

Hi Borut, ...well .. "Offers for you" means an offer in general. In this page there are present all the possibilities to upgrade to full version (Compact to Evo, 9 to 10, etc).
