You will need to publish your pages as PHP and include your PHP includes in HTML & Widget blocks.

You will need some coding knowledge too to make some database connection and requests. But all can be done and manadge inside WebSite X5.

In fact, I don't think there is any tutorial using WebSite X5. But inside WebSite X5, you can insert your own code and publish your pages with the .php extension.
