How do I do a full check of my website on-line. the link to mysite.com does not work ?

I want to do a website test as denoted in the Help - Control Panel. But the link to the online control panel atwww.mysite.comdoes not work ? Where do I access my on-line control panel to test my website?
should be www.mysite.com/admin
