I WAIT FROM SATURDAY LUNCH FOR A REPLY! INCOMEDIA SHOULD BE AROUND 24/7 WHEN THEY LAUNCH A NEW UPGRADE!.......

Ok…I import my main part project, i.e. the one I am going to copy to from the remaining pages in the smaller part project.

This DID take a very long time “initializing Project Files”.

This is followed by a really slow progress bar “Creating The Project Files”. (This process takes ages!)

In the first instance, I copied some pages over and “saved”. The progress bar reached 99% and seemed to freeze there (probably just taking a long time to complete).

SO…I try to close down the programme and it asks me if I “want to save changes before closing). I press “OK”. Long long wait but looking on my PC at the folder I see the files ARE being saved.

I then re-open the programme and the project file and, again, a long long wait whilst “Creating Project Files”.

Looking at “Site Map Creation” I see that the files I thought I’d saved I hadn’t!

Then I redid the work, being careful to only edit small pieces of work before saving.

Now… the “saving” progress bar is stuck at 97% completed (This is after transferring top images in v10 to some of the copied pages (from the other v10 part project).

This is the SECOND time, so I am leaving it, going out and see if it has completed when I get back.

The FIRST time, even though the progress bar was stuck, I could still paste pages into the project which caused the progress bar to go backwards, from 99% complete to 49% complete.

The “Saving Project and Updating Files” bar keeps sticking at a random percentage. Have to force shutdown and redo the non-saved bits.

I repeat AGAIN…this is happening when I copy images from the same PART of the project to the pasted pages of the project. Can only “copy and paste” a few at a time IF ANY!

THEN AGAIN, having successfully “SAVED” and clicking on the “X”, the programme again asks you if you want to save or not! So, I say “YES” and wait a few moments and the programme closes!

THERE IS SO OBVIOUSLY A BIG PROBLEM WITH V10!

You sorted everything out in v9!

Why go back to stupid programming which will obviously cause massive problems to big web users?

Why do I pay good money each time you upgrade just to suffer days of torment?

It is really really bad!
