Missing Images

Images Missing We have our web site up and running and transfered it from the computer it was created on to another computer but now the photographs / images are missing and an error message appears Error Loading File File Open Error (-2147220850) Obviously we have done or not done something when we transfered the files. Any suggestions please.

Hi Mike!
This problem occurs on computers running Windows Vista/Seven on which you have plugged an external input device, such as a graphical tablet or a touch-screen monitor.
To solve the problem, you should verify that the writing recognition software called 'Panel Input Pen Tablet PC' (TabTip.exe) included in Windows Vista/Seven is not open and, if it is so, you should close it.

Turn Windows features on or off and unchecking the TabletPC Optional Component.
If you don't need the TabletPC function you can remove them by accessing to Windows Control Panel.

Have turned off the TabletPC function it has not made any difference to the images, still missing! Do i now need to reload the web site. I transfered the original copy via a usb stick, would this have been the problem?
Yes that could be the problem!
Did you ''optimize and batch to folder'' (step 5) your project when you exported it? You need to have all your images with your project when you export it!

Have now solved problem, optimized and batched to folder now have all images,thanks for your help

i have the same problem.
i make a fresh install of website x5 v.8 and now when i try to load my project all images is lost.( file open error (-2147220850) i Turn off and uncheck the TabletPC bad this did not solve the problem.
i have three projects and i have the same wrong at all the projects.
Any suggestions please.
