I have read the other posts on problems with vimeo video. I cannot embed a vimeo video using the video/audio widget but it works OK with iframe in an html frame.
Is there any progress on this please?

I tried to embed a vimeo video in the Audio/Video Object and it worked. Can you please tell me what exactly happens?

Try to change the url from https://vimeo.com/46388606 to http://vimeo.com/46388606
where you add the http standard protocol and not the secure protocol which is causing this.
