Can somedody of the creators read this message please and give me an answer.

In anticipation of some major updates in version 10, I want to switch back to the good functioning version 9. But if I reinstall version 9 and my product key, of the version 9 that i have, into the program give, I get the message that it is not the correct product key?

How can that be, can you help me with this problem?
