Migration to new version

Please help! I am trying to migrate my website which was created with version 9 to version 10 but my problem is the Menu pages (horizontal or vertical) is left blank. It seems to copy the other pages but the menu contents. Eventhough if i use the new templates it cannot copy the menu pages please help!

Hello Paolo,
Please check if in step 4 - dropdown menu you activated to arrange the menu in multiple columns and change it to one column and try again.

sir i tried that also still the MAIN MENU does not appear any more suggestions

Now my other problem is i installed the program to another computer because maybe the laptop is the problem but the two computers have the same result. The other computer i install it is not mine. If i uninstall it can i install the program to another computer with the same liscene?

The menu is visible online. Please wait until the preview is completely loaded. It can take longer if you add external services like addthis and google translate to be loaded.
