I AM TOTALLY DEVASTED!

I HAVE SPENT 10 SOLID DAYS TRYING TO KNIT MY SITE BACK TOGETHER ON THIS STUPID V10!

I HAVE SPENT HOURS AND HOURS AND HOURS!

NOW I CANNOT LOAD THE PROJECT:

Hampstead Heath large  An error occurred while loading the project. [There is an error in XML document (2126674,8]

FOR GOD'S SAKE WILL SOMEBODY IN INCOMEDIA PLEASE CONTACT ME URGENTLY!

(I got fed up waiting 48 hours for response and so I had a daily Ghost backup and brought my project back to "end of Saturday")

It's difficult to say WHAT I was doing at the time of "error", except that it is something to do with not "SAVING" properly.

I had EXACTLY the same thing in the early days of trying this v10. That time it was [There was an error in XML document (2173323,4)]

My instinct tells me that there is such a MASSIVE set of files being created by v10 that aurtomatic script writing can't keep up with the action and corrupts the xml script.

It's something that must happen in creating/overwriting the project file as I took away the *.xml files temporarily and the same error(s) arose.

Your developers need to really address this issue as it can happen at any time without warning and like I did you can lose hours of work!

I really really resent paying £48 to be confronted with an elephant! Get me?

Hello Nigel,

It is really important to know what was also runnign in background and if another program was using the ram or an antivirus was blocking the creation of the files. In any case I would like to ask you to try our new Beta of Version 9 because it was introduced a better optimization of the export function and to let us know how it works.

Hiya Claudio...

I do run Kaspersky in the background but that's all other than the usual Microsoft background stuff associated with Windows 7. Version 9 NEVER presented this problem but, as you will remember, it took a long time to make it run smoothly. That's why I am so puzzled that your developers didn't make it less cumbersome for large projects like mine.
