My Pages Won't Update In Test Or Upload.

I can't update my website in test or upload. I'm using Website X5 Evolution9 and I went to change my text pages but they will not change when I test. I uploaded the site to see if they would change by doing so and they didn't. I refreshed my browser also. Can anyone help me on this one?

In case anyone was going to respond I figured it out.
I could not make updates as the background was set to fit to page. I changed this and it's all updating and uploading fine again!
