Doesn't opening and show ERROR

It's not opening the program. Takes too long and show the word error. Please I need help to fix that. I got a new computer with windows 8, the x5 2013 its compatible?

What error you get? Can you send me a screenshot?
Evolution 8 is compatible with Windows 8 like also Evolution 9 and 10.
