Updates do not succeed in version 10  en

I baught the new upgraded version 10 each time it opens, it prompts me to update. I launch the update, but it never installs properly and ends with a message "updates cannot be installed" "close all programas and try again" I closed all programs, but the problem goes on. Please help.

Hello Andre,

Can you please tell me what Version of Windows you have?

Please try to check if the antivirus is blocking the program from being updated. You can try to run it as Administrator and then try to update. Alternatively you can download  the lastest installer from your answers.websitex5.com profile in the "Downloads" Section so you will not need to update it.

I use XP SP3 with latest updates installed

The error ID I receive is 406

I will try your suggestion and install the layest version

Your latest update is giving me the same problem.
see previous 406.jpg 

I have to download separately the full program and reinstall it, the same error avoids me to do the update normally.

Do you have any idea why this is happening?
